Star Music Group (SMG) is excited to announce the latest addition to our roster: Jourdain Wong. This rising star is already making waves in the Australian music scene and has big plans to take his unique sound to Asia and beyond.



Jourdain Wong was introduced to SMG Founder and Executive Producer, Richard Rinaudo, through legendary vocal coach David Jaanz. David and his colleague David-Lynn have called Jourdain “one of the great world voices,” and they can’t wait to see him blow up internationally.



A graduate of Berklee College of Music in the US, Jourdain’s musical journey started early. As a toddler who couldn’t put down his father’s guitar, it was clear that performing was in his blood. Today, he’s a world-class guitarist and vocalist, with live shows that have earned him rave reviews as a “vocal masterclass.” His performances are often compared to icons like Luther Vandross and Prince—a true testament to his range and talent.



With his Asian heritage, Jourdain brings a fresh mix of Mando-pop and R&B to the table, alongside classic Chinese hits that have made him one of Australia’s top Chinese-Australian entertainers.



Looking ahead, Jourdain is working on his debut Mando-Pop project and catalogue of original music, with full support from SMG, one of Australia’s fastest-growing independent labels. Get ready, because this is just the beginning for Jourdain Wong.
